Grand Champion Tide Creek Eira

Eira is our first cob and definitely a farm favorite. She is very athletic with powerful gaits and a trot that takes your breath away. She is also a very lovable mare and is fantastic to ride. Eira has earned numerous championships in-hand and under saddle and has been started in harness. In 2008 Eira became a mother and is now proving herself to be a phenomenal broodmare. Her first foal, Cardod Eirian, has been very successful in the show ring and is already a Supreme Champion at just three months of age! |

The Pacific Coast Classic show was just as lovely as last year. Eira
had a wonderful show, taking double firsts in her nice C/D Broodmares class
and wining Reserve
Champion C/D Mare! She also earned a third in a huge Ridden Cob class
and placed well in English pleasure. At the WPCSA American Nationals,
our final show of the year, Eira earned a second and a third in her mares
class and also a third in another huge ridden cob class. We are so
proud of her!

At the EEWPS show Eira was once again fantastic. She took double seconds in her nice Broodmare class, fourth in ridden cob, and two fourths and a second in her English classes.

Eira at the California Sunshine Warm-Up, where she took a second and a
fourth in her broodmare class and was pinned Reserve
Champion C/D Mare. Eira also took fourth in Ridden Cob. At the
California Sunshine Classic, Eira again earned second and Reserve
Champion C/D Mare, as well as taking a fourth in ridden cob and placing
well in her English classes.

Eira attended two more shows and once again did extremely well. At the 37th Annual OWPS Show she won Champion English Pleasure C/D and took me to first place in Hunt Seat Equitation 18 & over, as well as winning two thirds in a fantastic Section D mares halter class and fourth in ridden Cob. At the Western Nationals show she once again took two thirds in halter, placed second in Ridden Cob, and won a fourth and fifth in humongous English Pleasure C/D classes.

Eira had a fantastic first show! She took double seconds in her 3/4
year old C/D Mares class, won her Ridden Cob class, and earned the Ridden
Championship!
