Jasper is Charity's fourth foal and quite a nice one! He exhibits the big bone and powerful movement of his Cob sire while still maintaining the elegance and soft expression of his Welara dam. We think this boy is fabulous and are excited about his future as a Half-Welsh halter and performance star! He is owned & loved by Audra Garvin and Sierra Haglund of Canby, OR.
